Worked in a B2B startup – PaaS for DevOps and developers, management of cloud infrastructure based on K8S and part of the CI/CD pipeline – identified qualifying characteristics of the main customer segment, segmented users, determined the use cases for the product, configured analytics, created monthly reports, identified underperforming SEO and BD service providers, prepared and executed the automated migration of the development project management service, prepared five financial reports for investors, fixed several user flows, conducted experiments to improve conversions across the AAARRR framework. As a result of the team's joint efforts, the downward trend in the number of users/revenue was halted, and the foundation for growth was established.

Worked in a B2B startup – SaaS in the space industry – after a pivot, achieved product-market fit , created an MVP, and developed the first version of the product.
